The supply chain labour force is in disarray. It's riddled with inequality and non-decent working conditions, exposing workers to mistreatment and hazards. Lack of knowledge about rights and safety procedures widens the power imbalance, enabling exploitation to persist. We need to create a more equitable supply chain for all.
